Diet still going well had bit of tough day saturday but lost another pound when i got weighed
I am now 16stone 5lb I've lost 2lbs
I am planning on attacking the next pound anything more will just be a bonus

Had a good day today had a low point breakfast

for dinner I had a 2 egg omlette and salad

tea is vegetable pie pototes and salad

had alot of fruit tea today too

weigh day tomorrow quite looking forward to it

Had another successful day today
Breakfast
Had weetabix grapefruit and a cappuccino
dinner I had a 2 egg omlette and salad

For tea it's home made potato pie
When I have felt hungry which has been less today I've had a fruit tea
with flat teaspoon of sugar.

I may have a slice of toast for supper if I'm hungry I'll see

Looking forward to another successful day tomorrow

Had few grapefruit segments and 2 weetabix
and cappuccino for breakfast.

Having beans on toast for dinner.
feeling really positive today
day 3 and got my diet head on.

glad you like it

hellooo, glad you all like my blog. If I had to write with pen and paper I wouldn't keep up with a diary of my diet but by putting it on here it helps greatly. I go on my laptop several times a day sometimes I'm on nearly all day . Thank you for all your support it means alot Joanne x

Going now to make the tea, we are having homemade potato pie
yum yum. Only having small portion, may have some cauliflower

This is my new diet diary and blog

Hello all, well I decided to create this blog to chart my progress as I diet. I am using the weightwatchers points programme that I have used before. I lost before nearly 4 stone
but like many put it all back on with life's changes.

Diet started 30th march I weigh 16stone 7lbs
my goal weight is 11stone 4lbs.

Tuesday 31st march had a good day, feel hungry but give it 2 weeks
and I should start to feel less hungry
